Inspiration
We have seen in our ongoing project teams are keep on changing and because of which many analysis , issues they are facing they need to spent much time in getting to the RCA or fix which a SME could have done in few mins.
What it does
It’s a repository system which will hold all the issues, challenges a developer or a Business Analyst might have faced during his tenure while working on different PEGA applications in a Project.
How we built it
We built with Pega 8.7 version. we had developed a work flow for Entering the issues/Feature faced and its solution documents for approval and once its approved by corresponding manager, then it will be added to KM system for future use.
Challenges we ran into
For Phase 1, there were no much challenges, since we kept our scope minimal. For phase 2 we are thinking to include Text prediction and Elastic Search where we will face technical issues.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud of bringing such application which can facilitate the project to overcome the issues, challenges much faster way than before. Also same idea we are going to propose to our client as well.
What we learned
We learnt about the new features of v8.7.
What's next for KM Application
We are planning to include new features like elastic search for faster search. Enhancing application with test prediction, speech prediction etc.
