PROCESS: We did customer surveys and interviews to understand the pain points, fears, gain points of the people. We also did light touch prototyping to test the language and make the concept as simple as possible. We learnt that people want easy to use, simple to understand and reliable solutions.We realised that even though cryptospace provides the answers and people want to join it there is slight anxiety for which we answered through insurance and learning in our solution.
