Inspiration

Labubus. The most popular toy of 2025 and the quintessential item in being a performative male. However, what if they could be more than just a toy. Rather, what if they can serve as a personal assistant on your tote giving you advice on how to be a better performative male.

What it does

Our Labubu AI Assistant can do a lot. From giving you the perfect performative lines to pick-up someone or giving you advice on how be more "performative" throughout the day. You'll always have your trusty Labubu with you.

How we built it

For the backend we built it in Python using FastAPI, ElevenLabs, and Google Gemini's API. In terms of the mobile app to play the theme song for our Labubu voice assistant we used Swift and SwiftUI. Finally, for the hardware we used a Raspberry Pi

Challenges we ran into

Finding useful hardware! We might've went to the dollar store way too many times

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Having a talking Labubu and a cool Labubu mobile app.

What we learned

Labubu's are cool and 67 is our favourite number and the best number. and we love the labubu song on our app.
