Inspiration
We were inspired by mobile games and platformer games.
What it does
It's a 2D endless survival game. Climb the ladders to go further in the game and try to get the highest score you can. If you fall off or hit the enemies, it's game over.
How I built it
We built the game using python and the pygame module.
Challenges I ran into
Since we are beginners, learning a new module like pygame was a challenge.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
We're proud of being able to deliver a product we envisioned while having to learn from scratch.
What I learned
We learned many features of the pygame module.
What's next for Ladder Hero
We plan on adding more mechanics like different enemies and possibly different game modes.
