In this emergency, many primary school teachers have indicated the need for a tool to facilitate the homework assignment, the uploading of video lectures and the real-time monitoring of pupils' progress.

The solution we propose to face this problem is an innovative and interactive school software for pupils and teachers, a sort of electronic notebook where children can do the homework given by the teacher also with the help of different tools.

WHAT DOES IT OFFER? To the pupils: • Possibility to do homeworks with the help of different didactic tools; • Development of a personalized study method; • Development of a crystallised learning strategy.

To the teachers: • Unique, inclusive teaching approach valid for the whole class; • Possibility to upload video lectures and exercises; • Possibility to monitor the progress of each pupil according to different parameters; • Possibility to keep track of the class difficulties and possibly adapt the program and to note any warning signals in case of possible DSA.

To the parents: • Exchange of communication and information with teachers; • Intuitive tool to help their children in studying from home.

At a time of crisis like this and beyond, it is important that children can continuetheir school learning regularly and as efficiently as possible and that teachers canclosely monitor children's progress to adapt the programme. That is what we wantto optimise with our app. With our app the teacher has the possibility to insert exercises and video tutorialsinto the system, which children can do at school or from home. At the same time, the teacher can monitor the progress and possible difficulties of the child from his orher device, which he or she can help immediately or directly in the next lesson, without having to correct the exercises after receiving them at school. The child will not only receive video tutorials from the teacher in the app, but alsovarious tools to help him/her with the exercises. The tools are: voice synthesis, voice calculator, color of syllables, spacing between words and/or letters, images, recorder, zoom and upper/lower case. Through the tools the child will have thenecessary support and the opportunity to learn how to learn. In addition, parents do not have to download or buy apps with the individual toolscurrently on the market and can be in constant contact with teachers to be informedregularly about their child's progress or to have support for any questions. With thisapp their children will be able to do their exercises anytime, anywhere without theneed for a printer.A further goal is to identify any children with a possible future diagnosis of learningdisability. As learning disabilities are currently diagnosed too late in most cases, there is a risk that the damage can no longer be fully recovered. This can also leadto very obvious social damage that affects the child's whole future life. Our app is designed to be used on various devices, so that it can be used byeveryone without exception.During this weekend we were able to be in contact with several experienced people, especially in the IT sector, who helped us to design our prototype app. With the help of Mentor, who gave us very useful feedback, we understood whichpoints of the project we still have to work on and how best to do our pitch. In order to continue this project, we would need financial, personal and technicalsupport (hardware and software). Our team would like to thank everyone for their help during these weeks, stakeholders for important feedback, the Social Impact Lab. group, our mentor andJulia for their support this weekend.
