Inspiration

Going paperless was the thematic , after some research , we found some heavy stats ahead , one of them is that It’s crazy how the lawyers are consuming paper, and this is consuming their energy as well and this increase cost , consume workers energy and increase fraud or human error. Throughout digitalizing these papers in a blockchain data base.

What it does

A web 3.0 platform that will help every lawyer manage their work effectively and even manage their clients’ documents securely by scanning and tokenizing documents in a blockchain database , and performing automated contracts between clients using Smart Contract.

How we built it

  • The front end is made by Vue.js
  • The blockchain backend part is made using Solidity , Hard Hat , Open zipline , IPFS , Ethereum block chain (Ether.js) and Meta Mask.
  • The two AI models using python , TensorFlow and linked to the front using FLASK

Challenges we ran into

  • Finalizing the idea since it touches a sensitive field .
  • Errors during the build of the blockchain database IPFS and the tokenization as NFT (since it was the first time we work with Web 3.0)
  • Training the AI model especially in the text spell correction model was taking so much time due to the huge amount of data (And collab crashing ).

Accomplishments that we're proud of

  • Developing a Web 3.0 App that works even though it was just a fantasy 2 days ago .
  • Making our own token is kinda an achievement too.
  • The Ai models that predict with a pretty nice accuracy and low mistakes so far.

What we learned

  • A good introduction into the blockchain and web 3.0 world , due to the devotion of the whole team , and due to the big help of the Blockchain mentor that was in place .

What's next for Legal-E

we aim by the time the government is ready to implement and generalize blockchain , to be the leaders in this migration and prepare a suitable infrastructure to make the transition as smooth as possible.

By that time , many steps are planned , like ensuring a secured circulation of documents & tracked as well (ex: evidence on cases)
