LIMINAL SPACE

Liminal Space is a toolset that interacts with El Raco's API and provides different solutions to common FIB Students, such as finding the correct schedule or checking a professor's email.

Inspiration

As rookie freshmans, we wanted to try new ways of programming outside the typical terminal input and output. So what a better way to do it than learning about APIs and trying to interact with them.

What it does

It supplies the uses with a handful of useful information related to the university, this includes schedules, exam days and teachers' e-mails.

Challenges we ran into

Learning python from scratch and understanding the basic functioning of the API we used, which neither of us knew how to.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Solving the challenges we ran into, where we could learn how to use Python and for most of us also understanding what an APi is and what usages it has.

What we learned

The fact of overcoming this challenges made us learn things that we wouldn't have learnt if we stayed at home.
