Inspiration

We were inspired to create a feature that's so desperately needed for project management workspaces. For those who aren't proficient in writing or feel comfortable speaking in a natural way to do project management tasks, we provide that feature, allowing for efficiency and accessibility.

What it does

LoomSpeak uses text-to-speech, allowing users to use natural speech to say what actions or tasks they want to be created, with seamless integration with Jira, Confluence, etc.

How we built it

At its core, LoomSpeak uses Atlassian's unified management experience. Leveraging tools like Jira,

Challenges we ran into

The main problem we faced was trying to understand the scope and capabilities of Forge, and trying to figure out where it fit inside our project. We also ran into issues with trying to create Rovo Agents, specifically trying to build one as a unified agent manager.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We're definitely proud of the speech -> text -> actions pipeline that we created. It definitely took a lot of thinking and consideration with how everything was integrated with each other, and also optimizing the outputs of each part with text pre-processing and prompt engineering.
