Inspiration
As the theme of the Hackathon is magic, we decide to come up with a short and interesting Quiz In the context of some of the best Magical Shows Out there like Harry Potter and Dr. Strange.
What it does
The websites offer two choices of Quizs i.e Harry Potter and dr, Strange for the Potterheads and dr. strange fans. they can choose what they wanna play and go n attempt the respective quiz to know how big of a fan they actually are.
How we built it
We all gathered and then brainstormed for the idea and came up with this one. We have used HTML, CSS, and Javascript to build the web application.
Challenges we ran into
- Adding features such as Global Leader board
- Covering a broader spectrum of shows to include a larger crowd.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
- Implementing a Basic UI for the website
- Creating a functional Quiz that calculates and displays the score
- coming up with creative Questions for the quiz. ## What we learned
- we learned how a hackathon works.
- learned to collaborate with people from different time zones.
- Explored more deeply into Javascript and CSS. ## What's next for Magic Knights We plan to cover more shows like Game of Thrones, Vikings, The Vampire Diaries, etc., and implement a Global Leaderboard for the respective shows to find out the biggest fan.
