Inspiration
We wanted to do something fun and relatively simple, so we initially decided on a Liquid-themed aim trainer. Since aim trainers are common on the web, we switched to making a marine split trainer.
What it does
It's basically a minigame where you have to split your seahorses against the incoming exploding stingrays.
How I built it
Python and Pygame.
Challenges I ran into
Bugs, messy code.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
It works.
What I learned
How to use Pygame. It's pretty simple and nice.
What's next for Marine Split Trainer
Adding some more functionality like shift-queuing moves and target-firing. Putting the game on a website would be cool.
