Inspiration
What it does
An application that allows for the communication and satisfaction between the patient and doctor to be rationalized and modernized. Our goal is to strive for maximum efficiency each hospital visit as a retaliation for spending large amount of time waste when filling out repetitive hospital forms. This technologized improvement to Health Consent Forms will provide a one stop shop for all hospitals visits. Patients will fill out their information on a custom all-in-one hospital form redesigned to speed up form filling. This information will then be used to automatically fill out different hospital forms saving the patient countless hours of painful ink smudging.
How We built it
Starting with hours of discussion on the topic and what our goals are, we began early morning on Saturday. Using the UI designed by YouJean, we integrated a combination of Java and Google Cloud's Vision AI to add the functionalities to the lifeless app.

We faced obstacles such as bugs within the code as well as integrating Machine Learning into mediform.
Accomplishments that We're proud of
We are most proud of our idea as we are able to successfully fully commit to the project as a team and execute perfect teamwork.
What We learned
We learned that we strive in situations of great teamwork, sleep, and stress.
What's next for Mediform
We will expand the functionalities of the application that is not yet finished in the prototype as well as finishing the custom hospital form.
