Inspiration
Dementia affects over 50 million people worldwide, with 10 million new cases every year. Research shows that serious games—designed for more than just fun—can improve memory and cognitive abilities better than traditional treatments.
That's why we created MemoReplay. It helps people with early signs of dementia recall memories through their photos. Using AI, the app generates personalized questions like, "Who were you with here?" or "Does this remind you of a favorite song?" Families can join in to share their versions, strengthening emotional bonds.
With science-backed methods and a focus on connection, MemoReplay turns memories into meaningful moments.
What it does
- 🖼️ Photo-Based Memory Recall – Uses images to trigger memories and reconnect users with past events.
- 🧠 Alzheimer's Support – Tailored features to help patients with memory loss remember important moments.
- 🔊 Voice Annotations – Users can add personalized voice notes for each photo.
- 🤖 AI-Assisted Reminders – AI-generated memory prompts based on metadata and past interactions.
- ☁️ Cloud Sync & Backup – Securely stores and syncs memories across devices.
