Inspiration

Mental health has had an impact in school, and one of us was even impacted by it (moderate depression and slight anxiety), and as we saw that it was one of the prominent issues in Washington, we decided to make a small program to organize people’s lives, as when people are under pressure, a unorganized life would cause more severe depression and it helps sort out the everyday life of those that are unorganized.

What it does

This program is used to promote healthy daily routine, to create sense of planning, and to make life somewhat simpler and more organized. It could also help those who are struggling to keep life together to try to get their lives back into order through a healthy organized schedule that is self-made. Family members or friends could also help make sure that they follows those routines and encourage them.

How we built it

we used Replit with Javascript, html, and Css.

Challenges we ran into

We started with using Unity with C#, which turned out to be an absolute disaster, and we barely got anything done within the first 5-6 hours. During the Unity progress, the major issues we were having issues with pushing and receiving code amongst each other, not really know C#, and the UI system of Unity.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

  1. A running program.
  2. Page switching buttons
  3. Time elapsed auto fill into pie charts.
  4. A running timer.
  5. Teamwork ## What we learned
  6. Experience with: HTML! CSS! JAVASCRIPT!
  7. More familiar with Unity UI and C# ## What's next for Mental Help Schedule We hoped to transform this into an app and add a function that automatically pushes notifications and requires the user to confirm that they have started, which then starts a timer until the user stops it, with another notification that marks the end of the scheduled time, but the user could choose to continue for a certain amount of time.
