Inspiration

Self-learning experience.

What it does

Provides users with easy access to a virtual library that contains projects related to various important Computer Science topics.

How we built it

We made a full-stack web application with Django rest framework and React.js

Challenges we ran into

-managing creating this project with class assignments and doing the project with a limited time. -Setting up the backend and database and running it in a remote server to allow easier collaboration.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Storing data on a remote server, formatted text in the project body.

What we learned

We learned how to use both React.js and Django. We also learn how to set up remote database and got more familiar with the front end and back end of making the website.

What's next for Metaproject

We plan to make the social interaction features better for the user. We plan to add user accounts and comments to the project and let users add their own project ideas. Not to mention, we are also planning to implement the functionalities of openAI.
