Inspiration
To curate a network of local talent and businesses and elevate there career and onboarding efforts.
What it does
The platform pairs Miami residents with local employers/freelance opportunities and vice versa.
How we built it
Design on figma, frontend on heroku, backend on mongoDB.
Challenges we ran into
Primarily, a lack of time to complete project.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Being able to connect with the community and work together to build something that can bring more people together to learn and create.
What we learned
Teamed learned a bit about clarity development, solidifying best practices for designing on figma, and resources available for Miami tech,etc.
What's next for Miami Square
We intend to incorporate a variety of web3 capabilities and features into the app. Achievement/certification NFT badges, platform progressive mastery NFT badges, reputation tags, and crypto payments are just a few examples. Future versions of the organization profiles will include a local forum and cater to local DAOs, guilds, and other organizations.
