Inspiration
Many college students, including some very close to us, have suffered from mental illness and reaching out for help can be hard. Allowing students to seek resources in a quick and anonymous manner can help reduce the stress of finding the help they need.
What it does
MindMatch locates the resources available in the Atlanta area based on the specific mental health issues that they are facing. These can be an addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, and psychiatry.
How we built it
It is built with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and the database was created with SQL.

Accomplishments that we're proud of
We're proud that we created a platform that can help greatly to tackle the mental health crisis for students in the Atlanta area.
What we learned
We learned how to create a database with SQL and connect it to a web application. We also learned a lot about web designs using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS and how to make a website user friendly.
What's next for MindMatch
We hope to expand beyond the Atlanta area so this resource can be used by everyone across the nation to find the resource they need to address their mental health issues.
