With experience in coding and digital marketing. Inspired to drive adoption of Bitcoin SV by getting people to easily earn doing their online shopping. Since it allows for micro-transactions we can payout even low-value payment unlike our competitors

What it does

People can register using moneybutton OAuth plus Facebook and Google social logins. If not using moneybutton they can choose any of the paymail wallets available such Handcash/Centbee(driving adoption)

How I built it

Built using Nodejs backend, with microservices to connect to affiliate networks. And a microservice to handle bitcoin payments when they are due for payout. Moneybutton BSV library

Challenges I ran into

Developing business relationships with various online shops whilst still developing the site.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Managed to get major retailers onboard such as eBay and OnePlus

What I learned

Learned about Paymail protocol and validating paymail addresses, and Moneybutton oAuth. Creating payments using BitcoinSV.

What's next for MintedReward

We are almost complete with MVP and hope to launch early September 2020. Currently developing a digital marketing strategy. We intend to launch also for the South African market with a .co.za domain.
