We noticed that while there are plenty of fitness and health apps, few take a personalized and holistic approach that combines fitness, diet, hydration, and mental motivation in one place. We were inspired to build a platform that doesn’t just track goals — it adapts to users' unique bodies, preferences, and lifestyles. Whether you're trying to eat cleaner, walk more, drink enough water, or just stay consistent — this app meets you where you are and guides you step by step.

Our app is an AI-powered fitness and wellness planner that allows users to:

  • Create personalized goals for fitness, diet, water intake, and walking
  • Receive a custom AI-generated meal plan based on dietary preferences, allergies, and fitness goals
  • Track steps, calories, water intake, and meals daily
  • Get motivational notifications, reminders, and quotes to stay on track
  • Bookmark and schedule weekly meals
  • See a visual breakdown of their caloric intake and progress
  • Choose whether to receive AI suggestions or manage their own routine
  • Stay engaged through a motivational system that includes achievements, streaks, and positive reinforcement

  • Frontend: Built with SwiftUI (or React Native) for a smooth and animated UI
