What it does

Bored of studying the structures of various molecules? Don't worry, use molecule-visualizer to visualize and study these complex structures in their original,3D- form !!

How I built it

This tool has been built using Python, streamlit, st_speckmol libray. It uses the xyz format data of various molecules to visualize it.

Accomplishments that I am proud of

Being able to build this on the last day in the last few hours of the hackathon was a challenging task for me.

What we learned

I learned about structures of various molecules and using the amazing speckmol library!!

What's next for Molecule Visualiser - 3D

As the data for the molecules that can be visualized it limited, in the future version of this app you will be able to enter the xyz format data and visualize any molecule that you want to!!
