Inspiration

  • Pregnancy is a beautiful period in a woman's lifetime which brings diverse emotions, bodily changes and so on.

  • Every pregnant woman needs assistance during this period of time but not every woman gets it !

  • When you're pregnant, your brain has to work overtime as you consider everything from the baby's growth to the safest things to eat and do. Should you go through this all alone?

  • Every person would consider to help pregnant women in need of help and support. But, how do they connect?

What it does

  • Unlike other pregnancy apps, our app, Mom2B is a dedicated application which is programmed exclusively for pregnant woman to handle both their mental and physical health.

  • Mom2B not only takes care of the pregnant woman's health but also acts as a job board application for nurses and mid wives.

  • You can communicate with your community through our app thereby spreading positivity and support one another.

  • By employing mid wives and nurses, pregnant woman could be assisted better and employment of women is also increased, thereby resulting in women empowerment.

How we built it

We built our application using flutter , SQFlite for database.To bring more unique and interactive design we used Figma.Other technologies are adhere to the respective features.

Challenges we ran into

Implementing minute features and perfecting our application in just two days was quite challenging. In addition to that, implementing the AR parts of our application was not quite easy.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We've designed and implemented all the features that we had in mind when we visualized our platform, MoM2Be.Our model gave really good results than what we expected and that was satisfactory.

What we learned

We learnt many things like solving a problem as a team, working together to build the solution from scratch and much more

What's next for MoM2Be

We're looking forward to deploying our application.
