Inspiration

Getting a mortgage can be difficult process, that can often leave consumers confused as to their options and how they can improve to increase their chances of getting approved.

What it does

With MorCalc, consumers can enter in information into text fields, and get feedback, as well as a approval decision. Lenders can insert data into MorCalc, and view live embedded charts showcasing all cases approval and disapproval amounts.

How we built it

MorCalc is built with a front-end in React JS, using MUI.

Challenges we ran into

Getting the interface to be well designed and eye catching was a bit of a challenge, we ended up going for colors from Fannie Mae's logo. There was also difficulties on the backend getting the routing to work correctly.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of the final design of the application and its functionally.
