  2. Few tourists know about Pepper There is a multilingual Pepper in Japan and they can speak some languages. However, most tourists do not know about Pepper, so they do not use them. Also, people who are not familiar with mechanical stuff and children do not use them. →Need a solution

What it does

・Microphone ・Pepper

1)Put microphones at the entrance of the store. 2)When people come in the shop the microphones recognise the conversation and Pepper switches the language Pepper speak 3)Pepper speak to the customers in their language before they touch them. 4)Pepper suggest customers some information based on how they look. For example, if they look tired, Pepper shows them some information of relaxation places.

What makes the things change

Being abele to reach more people You can reach more people than before for example People who do not know about Pepper People who are not familiar with mechanical stuff (Elderly) Children Blindness

Also, People who do not know about what they want to do

This means people can advertise to people who are not willing to buy something. Current Pepper is just waiting for customers to talk to them so Pepper cannot reach people who are not looking for information (Pull-type Ad) However Pepper used our product can talk to people who are not looking for information, so Pepper can reach people who are not looking for information.(Push-type Ad)

Therefore out product makes Pepper Pull-type Ad to Push-type Ad
