Inspiration

Our game is inspired by the classic mobile game, Temple Run.

What it does

It takes President Munson as Indiana Jones going through an intricate version of the quarter mile as he runs away from a hoard of angry students.

How we built it

The game engine was built on Unity. The sprite models were created on Mega Voxels and were rigged using Blender. The UI plan was created on Figma.

Challenges we ran into

We ran into problems putting the Munson sprite into Unity as well as collecting the "coins" and displaying the score at the end. Another challenge we had was getting the physics to work as they should and not have the character go in random directions.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We were able to construct a 3d model of President Munson, as well as get the game base running on Unity.

What we learned

We became familiarized with C# and the Unity engine. In terms of design, we became accustomed to the Figma interface, as well as Blender.

What's next for Munson Run

Next, we want to be able to implement our sprites into the game engine. We'd also like to create a more engaging start and end screen, as well as display the score (number of golden bricks collected) to the user.
