What it does
An automated recruitment process, driven by GenAI technology, will streamline candidate selection and interview scheduling. Virtual recruiters will assist in screening candidates, shortlisting qualified individuals, and coordinating interviews. Selected candidates will then be forwarded to the hiring manager for further assessment.
How we built it
- The platform facilitates efficient talent acquisition by offering a repository of job postings and enabling applicants to target specific roles.
- Gen-AI powered candidate and recruiter agents interact leveraging llama 3 hosted on Groq. The recruiter agent scores fit based on job description analysis using LangGraph multi-agent workflows.
- Recruiter filtering decision triggers automated interview scheduling via Calendly API for candidate selection based on availability.
- Selected candidates undergo automated interview with a interactive llama 3 conversational voice assisted bot.
- Following the automated interview, a structured data record is generated from the candidate's responses and interaction screening bot. This record is securely transmitted to the designated hiring manager's for further evaluation and decision-making.

- Github & Linkedin evaluation Extract respective information and have highly informative automated screening round with situational and experience related conversation
- Job listings from multiple sources Scrape job listings from multiple job boards and provide rich amount of jobs.
- Fine tuned models for the agents Candidate and recruiter agent utilizing llama 3 can be fine tuned for effective communication.
- Video bot interview Conducts video based interview for better supervision and improved real time experience.
