An app that first keeps the robo-caller from hanging up right away. This could easily be achieved with no cost to the consumer by simply promoting through PSAs ect. to simply "not hang up" when a tele-marketer call until they do. An app. idea would do this and when the call ends it automatically call back the number over and over until a live person has to call the "consumers" no call list. sounds like KARMA .
