Inspiration:

The modern workplace can be overwhelming, especially when preparing for interviews or crafting a strong resume. I wanted to create a tool that empowers users to confidently navigate job applications and professional growth by providing AI-assisted interview practice and resume optimization in one streamlined platform.

What it does:

This project focuses on helping users tackle workplace challenges by providing two core functions:

Resume Enhancement – AI-driven suggestions to improve clarity, structure, and impact.

Interview Preparation – Simulated interview scenarios with AI feedback to help users practice and refine their responses.

Currently, these features are fully functional, with plans to expand into additional workplace tools.

How we built it:

The platform is built as a SaaS web app deployed on Offlat, leveraging my prior experience with Offlat projects. I used Studio for rapid prototyping and deployed via CLI, with Firebase handling authentication, database, and hosting services. AI functionality is integrated to provide real-time, personalized feedback for users’ resumes and interview responses.

Challenges we ran into:

Designing AI feedback that is accurate yet concise for resumes and interviews.

Balancing simplicity for users while keeping the platform extensible for future workplace tools.

Integrating AI services with Firebase to maintain responsiveness at scale.
