One Time Mail

Disposable Temporary E-mail which can protect us from spams.

Inspiration

In our day to day life many times we come across situations where we have to provide an email, either just to view content, for promotions or spams etc. This issue inspired us to come up with a one time e-mail to keep your mailbox precise and clean.

What it does

  • It provides user a temporary Disposable Email address and also provides the OTP for activation of Email. Can be dumped after use.* ## How we built it After finalizing the idea, we first starting building a basic front end for our project using HTML and CSS. While working on our front end we in parallel started to make the API for the project. The API we used is the 1secmail API. Further we added JavaScript to the project to complete it. ## Challenges we ran into **1. We faced merged Conflict issues because of three different individuals working on the same piece of code.
  • We also had issues with managing our time and being up till late to deliver the project in time constraints
  • Since we are beginners in API and JavaScript we had a hard time implementing them and making things work.
  • All of got stuck in how to make the copy feature for copying the e-mail address in our project working. ** ## Accomplishments that we're proud of *We are proud of completing this project together and practicing peer-coding first hand and working as a team. * ## What we learned
