How we built it

Designed the model in solidworks and then proceeded to 3D print and laser cut parts to best fit the variety of shapes we needed then attach everything using hardware and epoxy

Challenges we ran into

Threading each component onto the threaded rod was very time consuming and difficult

Given 24 hours I can make a keyblade that is 41 inches long
