Inspiration
conventional payment platform are either for payment processing form merchants or wallet systems for end users we built this platform to bring all those stackholders in the financial space to one major platform for easy seamless transaction of funds
What it does
allows easy seamless payment processing between users and merchants on the same platform where as erasing the redundant use of card payments for online transactions , we also provided features such as airtime purchase and ussd transfers
How I built it
it was built using the php laravel framework and bootstrap in which we distinguish end users and merchants at the point of registration and formulated relationships between transaction on both the user and merchants space, users were awarded a pin which could be changed and its used to authorize transactions on the user wallets, api endpoints was also provided for merchants to include in their platform for easy payment by users on the same platform
Challenges I ran into
we ran into challenges such as internet connection and time frame awarded for the project
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
we were able to process payments between users and merchants on the same platform
What I learned
most of all what we learned was the quality of teamwork and ideas gathering
