Inspiration

According to the American Pet Products Association pet parents are estimated to spend over $150.6 billion overall pet care in 2024 Between 10% and 78.5% of dogs become stressed or fearful in the vet clinic Many pet owners struggle to determine whether their pets need medical attention, which leads to unnecessary vet visits which could cause potential stress to the pet as well as financial strain on the owner. Veterinary costs are rising making professional inaccessible for many. Additionally, stray animals often suffer from untreated health issues due to a lack of immediate resources

What it does

An Ai-powered pet health assistant that helps pet owners assess symptoms, suggests home care solutions, and provides guidance on when to seek veterinary attention. By using AI, we aim to reduce unnecessary vet costs, improve pet well-being, and support both owned and stray animals in receiving proper care

Key Features

Asks questions about your pet’s condition to narrow down the problem they might have Provides at-home remedies (as a suggestion) if your pet has minor issues Always suggests nearby pet healthcare facilities based on your zip code If the AI thinks the problem is more serious, then it will direct you to nearby healthcare facilities If the animal you are seeking medical advice for is a stray, the app will also direct you to nearby healthcare facilities
