Pharmawing

Inspiration

Many people are not able to get the medication they deserve because they are either not able to travel or they just do not have time, PharmaWings was made to combat this problem and make sure everyone gets what they deserve.

What it does

PharmaWing efficiently delivers medications straight to your house.

How we built it

We aimed to make it simple and easy to use since our main consumer base consists of older individuals who may have trouble with technology, we used a calming color scheme to soothe visitors and give an enjoyable experience

Challenges we ran into

We needed to create a way to prevent the abuse of our app (i.e. drug addicts). We solved this problem by adding a mandatory step making the user submit a picture of their prescription.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of how impactful our business is and how it can truly benefit society for the better.

What we learned

We learned that medicine is something that everyone deserves but not everyone has.

What's next for Pharmawing

In the future, we would aim to improve our drone fleet and possibly expand into other countries, with technology constantly getting better, we may very well be able to ship medicine internationally to other parts of the world that need it.
