Inspiration

The way Pinterest worked and look inspired the development of this project. The idea of doing a sharing app for people looking to travel was a strong idea, we thought of Pinterest as a design basis with adding our own design ideas into the mix.

Challenges

Fabian and Oliver faced the challenge of building this project in the component format of NextJS/ReactJS. They got a hang of it real quick after a while. I(Uli) had the challenge of not being able to connect to the database due to the guest wifi not letting him, having to rely on his phone's hot spot when need to connect to the database. I also had to deal API calls to the back end and other 3rd party APIs.

Completion

Project is not done, most of the backend is done, design work for front end is done, logic and data fetch needs to be done.
