Need: A lot of letters are addressed to the Municipal Corporation everyday which needs to be manually categorised and sent to their respective departments.

Our Solution: We developed a system that automised this tedious task of categorising and distributiion of such documents and cutting short the retrieval time and storage space. With our model we can clasify multilingual documents using keyword extraction and NLP techniques that helped us to minimize the time required to put this task in effect.
