Inspiration

We were inspired to learn new languages and make a project that will play an impact in the world.

What it does

Our project creates awareness on the effects of alcohol and helps people understand their BAC levels. It also asks the user their feedback to help us better improve our website.

How we built it

We built using the code editor VSC and the languages HTML, CSS, and Java Script

Challenges we ran into

Some of the challenges that we ran into was the alignment for the text in our project. As beginners we weren't really sure on how to edit and make sure our user interface is very appealing.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are very proud of making a beautiful website which can be helpful to many people and we have learned so much about the languages HTMl, CSS, and Java Script. We have some experience now on making websites.

What we learned

We learned how to use HTML and CSS to make the user interface and we learned how Java Script helps us with the functionality of our project.

What's next for Prevent Alcohol

Next, we want to make an app out of this. We want to take this to the next level and develop an app for people to calculate their BAC as well as gain information on alcohol.

I worked on the prevent and get sober page and the calculating the BAC page. I also helped design both my pages and making sure the alignment and colors match up with the other pages.

I worked on the homepage and also helped brainstorm ideas for this project. In the homepage, I used my creativity skills to design and develop the user interface. Additionally, I created the google survey form and linked it to the home page.
