Trying to democratize housing prices
What it does
Through a mixture of CNNs and Neural Networks we predict house prices for the top cities in America. You can upload stats about your house and a picture and we will price it for you eliminating the need for a third party. Our third model will determine if there is bias in the appraisal price.
Challenges we ran into
Acquiring data has been very difficult, many cities do not publicly have the data available, so web scrapping Zillow and other sources has been time consuming and memory intensive
What's next for PriceRight
We want to add a bias detector in our model to determine if the house is correctly priced
