Brainstorm
Our project was brainstormed for two days. This consisted of constant collaboration and communication between the four of us for what the best project would be considering our abilities. All of us being first-time hackers, choosing an idea that was too hard was unrealistic in the long term; while choosing an easy project would gain no net experience. After all of this, we ultimately decided to make a project that was just right, a singing pumpkin.
What Is It?
A website that takes the audio file upload of any song which then, triggers a hand-drawn pumpkin to start lip-syncing to said song. This is done through the use of many new-generation API including openAI, Twillo, and Flask.
What Where Why & How?
Through the utilization of APIs, it will extract song highlights to share across a wide range of media platforms. This is done through the use of an openAI API and shares the specified prompt via a Twilio API. All of this is then deployed on an interactive Django interface. This will help a community of people share songs, and connect them together, through the power of music and pumpkins.
