How we built it
We used Watson for the cloud side. We used Discovery, Conversation and Natural Language to create this solution. We also integrated Tone Analyzer to prioritize angry customers. We made the connection with the webpage using Node, with Facebook using Node and the IBM Cloud and with Android using the watson sdk.
