RaCUNY

Inspiration

Every day I see a lot of students who break CUNY policies: throw out garbage, smoke or damages school stuff . So decided to build an app/Webpage where everyone can take pictures and report students anonymously. I made splash page so which user sees first before being given the option to continue to the main content of the site and working on the app. The name of the app comes from the animal racoon. Raccoons are noted for their intelligence. Its most distinctive features are multi-purpose front paws, facial "mask", and its striped tail. This animal is associated with an anonymous person for me and that was the reason why I named my app RaCUNY.

What it does

This page promotes a company CUNY and informs the name of the app.

Challenges I ran into

The challenge I had was to match music and word "RaCUNY" each other.

What I learned

I learned how to make a simple plash page using SonyVegas.

What's next for RaCUNY
