Inspiration

Small businesses struggle to create cohesive brand identities across visuals, content, and sound. Branding is crucial for growth, trust, and revenue, but most founders lack the time, resources, or expertise to do it themselves. We wanted to treat branding as a system, not a set of files, allowing businesses to generate a complete identity instantly including sonic branding, which improves recall and emotional connection.

What It Does

BrandFlow is a node-based engine that converts a single product description into a full brand identity. It generates and connects modules for:

• Color palettes
• Typography
• Logo concepts
• Product photography
• Packaging mockups
• Sonic branding

Each node can be adjusted, recomputed, and exported, providing a flexible and intuitive visual workflow for small businesses.

How We Built It

• Frontend: React + Vite, with a node-based UI using React Flow
• Backend: Gradient ADK agent orchestrating brand generation pipelines
• AI/Generation: Serverless inference for assets, content, and brand strategy
• Export: DigitalOcean Spaces for cloud-hosted assets and ZIP downloads
• Workflow: Node graph triggers backend agent → generates assets → returns shareable URLs

What We Learned

• Treating workflows as graphs instead of linear steps increases flexibility
• Consistency across AI outputs requires shared context and constraints
• UX is as important as generation capability simplicity drives adoption
• Orchestration is often more challenging than content generation
