Inspiration

Right now, many DApps are losing their customers as there is no easy on-ramp functionality implemented. What if we could change it and make an on-ramp as easy as an RPC call?

Here is Ramap, MM Snap that turns on-ramp into RPC-like calls.

How we built it

Ramap leverages two main technologies: MetaMask Snaps and on-ramp functionality offered by Ramp.network.

Also, there is a backend application that helps with webhook handling, as MetaMask Snaps are running in a secure environment, so many regular browser functionalities are not available.

What's next for Ramap

right now only optimistic flow is implemented, so there are definitely a lot of things that can go wrong and they need to be improved.
