RevBoost is a Revenue Intelligence Dashboard built using Tableau Desktop for development and Tableau Next for competition. It integrates Salesforce CRM data to help sales leaders:

  • Identify churn risks
  • Detect pipeline leaks
  • Uncover revenue acceleration opportunities

All in real time.

It also demonstrates agentic analytics through Tableau Next’s Concierge AI, enabling natural-language queries such as:

  • β€œWhere are we losing deals?”
  • β€œWhich reps need coaching?”

and delivering instant, actionable insights.

Sales teams often struggle with raw Salesforce data. Reports exist, but turning them into clear, boardroom-ready insightslike preventing churn or improving rep performance is time-consuming.

I wanted to build an interactive, executive-friendly dashboard that leverages Tableau Next’s AI features to provide live insights and recommendations.

Through building RevBoost, I gained hands-on experience in:

Data Collection & Preparation

  • Exported Salesforce CRM data (accounts, opportunities, activities)
  • Cleaned and aggregated data in Excel + Tableau Desktop

Dashboard Development (Tableau Desktop)

Created five dashboards:

  1. Churn Overview – revenue leakage and risk segments
  2. Customer Health – churn risk scoring per account
  3. Retention Action Center – actionable recommendations
  4. Revenue Forecast – predictive revenue by quarter
  5. Retention Playbook – storytelling dashboard for step-by-step interventions

Migration to Tableau Next

  • Rebuilt dashboards in Tableau Next
  • Enabled Concierge AI bot for interactive Q&A
  • Turned static dashboards into an AI-powered decision assistant
