Inspiration
We discussed leaving the building and never knowing whether to wear a hoodie and pants or not to during fall weather
What it does
Using an api from https://openweathermap.org/ we access current weather data, display basic information, and make suggestions for what to wear
How we built it
We used html, JS, and a splash of CSS to build the site. The app was built using swift with Xcode and includes more optimized viewing, including a splash screen and more ideal layout with webkit.
Challenges I ran into
Neither of us is experienced with JS, but it was the structure for interactivity. Reading from the API and formatting the site for moble was also challenging.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
A cool concept, and pretty good exectution for 6 hours of work.
