Inspiration
We were inspired to solve the problem of planning a new bus route for a city.
What it does
Creates a bus route that reduces congestion within the city by as much as possible.
How we built it
We first found the optimal route (in the sense that taking it on the bus optimally faster than driving through traffic) given a number of stops and a radius to build the route within. Then we optimized the percent reduction in congestion after adding the bus route in terms of the number of stops.
