Inspiration
We wanted to help the local business in the area expand online presence
What it does
It expands the online presence of a local business by showcasing their menu and allowing consumers to order.
How we built it
We built the website by frameworking with HTML, adding design with CSS, and implementing motion, when necessary, with JS. We also utilized third-part data storage to access order information to produce cost estimates.
Challenges we ran into
We ran into issues with the JS implementation initially not working as well as having to learn more about the data structure we were trying to use to collect order information
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud of learning more about JS and CSS and completing on time.
What we learned
We learned how to connect CSS and JS to multiple HTML docs. We also increased our understanding of these languages and learned that fonts not available via links online could be downloaded as .ttl files to allow use in websites.
What's next for RR Website
We plan to connect the website directly to the restraunt, so the ordering process can be streamlined directly with the producer (restraunt).
