Inspiration

I wanted to practice JavaScript and HTML CSS concepts! 

What it does

A very simple static website, you can browse any movie you like, and watch the trailer. 

How we built it

I used HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the Movie Database API to fetch the data! 

Challenges we ran into

I had trouble with CSS and some Javascript! and also with API fetch, so I googled it and learned about it, and also GPT helped me a lot, but it was fun learning and building! 

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I just wanted to make a big collection of movie posters, but while building, I came up with an idea, to include links and make it more interesting, so I learned about how to fetch Youtube links from the API, so I was able to make it responsive, so when you click the movie poster, you are taken to the YouTube trailer! 

What we learned

I learned about many CSS styles, and also API and Javascript concepts 

What's next for Sasta-Netflix?

I would like to add a filter option! so you can browse the movies in the genre you would like to watch.
