Many people are victims of domestic violence, and I wanted to do something to help solve this issue.
SecretReach helps victims of domestic violence discreetly alert the authorities by sending them the victim's I.P address. SecretReach was built using the Twilio API for Python and the socket library for Python.
At first it was a bit challenging to use the Twilio API for the first time, but other than that, things went pretty well. I am proud that I was able to come up with a solution to fix a serious issue and on top of that, I learned how to use the Twilio API, which I am sure I will use again in the future!
In order to make SecretReach even more accessible, I am planning on turning it into a mobile app!
