Inspiration

Many Hospitals/Medical Systems are getting sued and faces certain legal actions for improper management of Patients Sensitive Information's.

Safe-guarding of Patients Sensitive Information's and protecting it from exposure or getting compromise is very important for all Hospitals and Medical Care System.

With Hundreds or Thousands of Sick Patients and Clinical Care Patients going to Hospital for Medical Care and Clinical Care respectively, Most Healthcare institutions, Hospitals etc. often end up spending huge amount of time on patient-related paperwork especially when trying to manage Patients Sensitive Data. This tends to create Monotony in the Works Tasks especially in emergency critical situations.

I built Patients Sensitive Data Redaction System to help free up the Medical Staff to enable them focus better on patient care all powered by Coda AI Block.

With Integration of Patients Sensitive Data Redaction System, Medical Staffs can also improve their workflows and enhance productivity while protecting sensitive patient information.

What It Does:

It uses Coda AI Block to break down the Patients Documents into more Simple, Easy, Understandable and digest-able form in order to help Detect, Analyze, extract and safeguard Patients sensitive data and control it from getting compromised.

The Medical Staff can then remove detected Patients Sensitive information from documents to prevent data exposure and compromised.

How to use the App

Simply click on the Plus sign icon or type /AI block , then copy and paste the Patients Documents to be redacted for sensitive Data extraction and paste in the second input box and click on second Create Button and Coda AI Block will perform the analysis and help sort out all Patients Sensitive data and prevents it from getting compromised. Finally, we have to copy and save back the Redacted Patients sensitive data on the table for easy analysis and future use
