SerpenTiles
SerpenTiles is a meditative, puzzle game, where you get a set of randomly generated hextiles that need to be re-arranged on the hexboard to score points.
Goal
The overall goal is to sit back, relax and watch your hexcreation unfold whilst trying to score as many points as possible in four different game modes. Each game mode has its own, distinct scoring system.
Modes
- Cluster: Connect two tiles of the same color to score points. Connect all sides of a tile to earn a bonus. Build dense clusters to maximize your score!
- Longest Lines: Only the longest line of each color scores points. Build long loops to score higher! Keep them packed densely to earn a bonus.
- Most Circles: Only completed circles score points. Each color may have multiple circles.
- Pattern: You get a very limited variation of tiles. Do something pretty!
Hexboard & Basic rules
- You can attach hextiles next to others (there must be at least one neighbouring hextile)
- A hextile set consists of 16-48 tiles
- You can move the hextiles at any point, but you can only put them back if you have a slot free on your hextile bench on the bottom
- When you run out of hextiles you can continue to play, until you are satisfied with your serpent (hextiles on board) - then hit "score now"
Actions
- Tap on placed tiles to rotate them
- Press NEW on a free slot on the bottom to receive a new hextile
- You can filter specific tile colors using the helper on the bottom left to see which tiles fit your color.
- In the settings menu, besides the standard options such as audio control and helper utilities you can switch to other colorblind-friendly hextile set themes
