Inspiration

As people who come from families that own small businesses, we thought that this would connect with us the most.

What it does

For our project, we recreated the website with a cleaner UI/UX and improved the chatbot (Jake 2.0).

How we built it

We created a chatbot with the ChatGPT Turbo 3.5 API and used Figma to redesign the website. Both of these changes will have a significant impact on enhancing the user experience and making online interactions more personal and humanistic.

Challenges we ran into

We are both JSOM majors with very little coding knowledge.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We completed Jake 2.0, the improved chatbot, in 24 hours and trained it as much as we could with the time that we had.

What we learned

We learned how Figma can be used for design and how to use features that can enhance the website and make it look cleaner. We also learned how APIs and LLMs work and how to train the ChatGPT Turbo 3.5 API.

What's next for SFSB Pro

If we have more time to work on it, we would like to train our model more so it gives answers that are more relevant to the questions asked.
