Inspiration
We got the inspiration for this app from the idea of Foursquare. And in this age of , we thought that we could use #DeFi to help struggling small businesses who are unable to access loans from banks and other traditional lenders get funded by their own community and customers that we call Loyals, who know the businesses and have enjoyed the services.
What it does
HyperLoyal helps local small businesses to generate valuable exposures with customers by rewarding them with coupons, while these businesses can easily raise funds from their army of loyal customers and community via issuing of tokens.
How we built it
We did customer discovery through the discussion Ascend Small Business Panel and talked to tow other small businesses, conducted research on tokenization, blockchain tech and decentralised finance. We did the brainstorming on Google Docs and Miro , wireframing on paper and high fidelity design in Adobe XD

What we learned
We learned how to carry out customer discovery, learned about how small businesses operates and got more expert knowledge on decentralised finance
What's next for HyperLoyal
We will be building out the full application before the end of the year
